Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 17 May 2025

At ZAPPEE, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a simple and fair cancellation process for your fashion orders.


Order Cancellation by Customers

  • Customers can cancel their order only before the vendor accepts the order.

  • Once the vendor has approved or accepted the order, cancellation will not be allowed.

  • If you cancel your order in time:

    • Prepaid orders will receive an automatic full refund.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be cancelled without any charges.


Cancellation Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be cancelled:

    • After the vendor has accepted/processed the order.

    • Once the item is out for delivery.

  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on your account.


🚚 Order Rejection at Delivery

  • Rejection of an item at the time of delivery will be treated as a return (if within the return time window).

  • In such cases, the Return & Refund Policy will apply.


📦 Cancellation by ZAPPEE or Seller

An order may be cancelled from our side due to:

  • Unavailability of the product

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Technical issues in payment or stock sync

  • Any suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be initiated immediately (if prepaid).
