At ZAPPEE, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a simple and fair cancellation process for your fashion orders.
Customers can cancel their order only before the vendor accepts the order.
Once the vendor has approved or accepted the order, cancellation will not be allowed.
If you cancel your order in time:
Prepaid orders will receive an automatic full refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be cancelled without any charges.
Orders cannot be cancelled:
After the vendor has accepted/processed the order.
Once the item is out for delivery.
Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on your account.
Rejection of an item at the time of delivery will be treated as a return (if within the return time window).
In such cases, the Return & Refund Policy will apply.
An order may be cancelled from our side due to:
Unavailability of the product
Incorrect or incomplete address
Technical issues in payment or stock sync
Any suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be initiated immediately (if prepaid).
