Return & Refund Policy

At ZAPPEE, we want you to love what you order. However, if something isn't right, we’re here to help.


🏣️ Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 8 hours after the order is marked as delivered.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

    • The return must be requested through the ZAPPEE app using the "Return" option in the order details.

  • Returns are subject to approval by our delivery partner, who will inspect the item during pickup.


💸 Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and collected, the refund will be processed automatically.

  • Refunds will be credited using the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay or Cash-on-Delivery refund to bank account or wallet).

  • Refunds may take 2–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


❌ Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel an order only before the vendor accepts the order.

  • Once accepted by the vendor, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • If an order is cancelled in time, the full amount (if prepaid) will be refunded immediately.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Return pickups may be refused if the item is found used or tampered with.

  • ZAPPEE reserves the right to deny returns or refunds in case of misuse or suspicious activity.

  • This policy applies only to orders placed through the ZAPPEE app.
