At ZAPPEE, we are committed to delivering your favorite fashion products quickly and safely from trusted local vendors to your doorstep.
Currently, we deliver only within Visakhapatnam city limits.
Expansion to other cities is planned and will be announced on our app and website.
Most orders are delivered within 2 hours of order confirmation.
During peak hours or special occasions, delivery might take up to 4 hours.
Estimated delivery time is shown in the app at checkout.
Once you place an order, the vendor needs to accept and prepare it before delivery.
Order preparation time is typically 15-30 minutes, depending on the item.
After preparation, our delivery partners will pick up and deliver your order.
We currently offer free delivery on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
This may change in the future with prior notice to customers.
Vendors are required to follow hygiene and packaging standards to ensure product safety.
Delivery partners are trained to handle packages carefully.
Real-time order tracking is available within the ZAPPEE app.
You can see the status updates: Order Placed → Vendor Accepted → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
If you are not available at the delivery address, the delivery partner will attempt to contact you via phone.
If the delivery cannot be completed after 2 attempts, the order will be cancelled, and the refund process will be initiated (if prepaid).
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please report it immediately via the app within 2 hours of delivery.
Our support team will assist with return, replacement, or refund as per the Return & Refund Policy.
